Harking back to the glory days of the great British car journey, new chain Brightside are hoping to bring new life to the roadside dining experience. The Kennford A38 diner was the first of many planned to pop-up in Devon, with Honiton’s A303 location the latest now up and running. The aim is to give visitors, particularly families, the chance to enjoy reasonably priced, quality food and drink, served fast enough to keep your journey moving. As well as the usual burgers and breakfasts, expect pancake stacks, Mediterranean inspired egg dishes, sourdough pizzas and plenty of vegan and veggie options too.
