This Christmas we’ve teamed up with Brindisa, suppliers of the finest Spanish food for over 30 years, as the brand will be stocking shelves and filling hampers with founder Monika Linton’s festive favourites. New this year, is the Brindisa Christmas Hamper packed full of Spanish staples sourced from the very best producers in the country – and we’re giving one away just in time for Christmas!
Exploring the far reaches of Spain from the fishing towns of Catalonia to the rural villages of Andalusia, Monika has formed close relationships with farmers, artisans and producers alike to ensure she can provide the UK with the best Spanish foods. Encompassing their most loved products, the Brindisa Christmas Hamper will be filled with Spanish staples from all over the country; from two-year aged Iberico jamon, soft pastura cheese and truffles from Caceres, to the tasty chocolate covered Pajarero figs stuffed with ganache cream, chocolate and brandy, known as Rabitos Royale. Plus much more!

We enjoyed the article on Heathcote’s Tiverton. Unfortunately we didn’t receive the previous issue (68, November 2019) so missed the first part, on the wool trade in mid Devon. Is there any way you could supply us with a copy? Many thanks.
I enjoy getting the magazine. I wish the fonts could be slightly larger when you use a dark background.
Good local information source
